Recruited for his extraordinary intellect, 10-year-old orphan Dustin’s death was staged to integrate him into the Phantom Taskforce — a covert special ops team devoted to national and global security. However, at the age of 16, the program dissolved, and Dustin was given a fresh start and issued a new identity as Jaxon Jones.
